  • Advertisement – means any job listing, banner, button, mini-banner, micro-site, pop-up, display ad, sponsorship, or any other advertising format that we may run on on the Site.

Your obligations: 

You undertake and agree that:

  • You undertake to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 or relevant legislation when dealing with the information from the Site or via the Site from Candidates and Applicants and will keep any such information confidential.

  • You may only use this Site for for lawful purposes

  • You are over eighteen years of age and the details provided by you to register yourself and any advertisement are correct and complete.

  • You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this Site.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right of any person in any jurisdiction.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information, data and files are free of viruses or other routines or engines that may damage or interfere with any system or data prior to being submitted to the site.

  • You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Site or any information submitted to or available through. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the Site.

  • We reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from the Site at our sole discretion, at any time for any reason without being required to give any explanation.

  • It shall be your responsibility to check the Site's terms and conditions regularly and if you do not agree to any changes you should stop using the services provided by us immediately.


Posting Rules

  • No duplicate ads – please don't post the same ad more than once either in the same category or across multiple categories. If there are a few possible areas for your ad then please choose the most relevant. Any duplicate ads will be removed and if you continue to post duplicates we may decide to restrict your access. If you want your ad to appear back up to the top of the listings then remember that you can simply repost it.

  • Post in the correct category – as it helps both poster s in reaching the right audience with their ad and helps the users looking for something to find what they want.

  • We do not accept postings that contain links to other websites.

  • Each job posting must advertise one vacancy only and specific position.

  • Agencies must clearly identify themselves.

  • We do not accept postings that advertise pyramid selling, or multi-level marketing schemes.

  • We do not accept posting which require candidates to send money or stamped addressed envelopes to gain further details of the position.

  • Ads for training courses or open days may appear only in the training courses/open days category.

  • We do not accept job adverts for medical trials of any kind.

  • We do not accept postings that advertise for models or actors (either male or female) using generic (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc) email accounts and/or mobile phone numbers. These posters must include a registered agency email address and land line phone number.

  • You will deal directly with the candidates in respect of the job vacancy and you acknowledge that we are not authorised to enter into any agreement with you on behalf of the candidate.

  • You must keep confidential the Cvs and other information about candidates you obtain from the Candidate database except for the strict purpose of placing the candidates in work with yourself (if you are a hirer) or with your client (if you are an employment agency).

  • You must not pass the Cvs or other information to any other employment agency or employment business.

  • If you are acting as an employment agency, you confirm that you are a fit and proper person to act as such and comply with all relevant law, regulation and professional codes.

  • As the hirer, you confirm that you are aware of all requirements imposed by law or any professional body in connection with the job.



Content Rights

The rights in material on this Site are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this Site in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on this Site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.


Links to other sites

On this Site you will be offered automatic links to other sited which we hope will be of interest to you. We do not accept any responsibility for or liability in respect of the content of those sites, the owners of which do not necessarily have any connection, commercial or otherwise, with us. Using automatic links to gain access to such sites is entirely at your own risk.



  • We shall not be liable for the reproduction of any error, misprint or omission in the material you supply to us. If we have caused any error, misprint or omission in the appearing on the Site, we shall use our reasonable efforts to correct it and either make such refund as may be proportionate and reasonable, or re-insert the advertisement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall give any rights or benefits pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to any person who is not a party to it.
